Application:
1. Dimethyl carbonate is used as a methylating agent and carbonylating agent in chemical synthesis, and for the preparation of pesticide herbicides. Dimethyl carbonate is an intermediate of the herbicide sulfentrazone and also a methylating reagent.
2. Dimethyl carbonate can replace traditionally used toxic raw materials such as phosgene, dimethyl sulfate and methyl chloride.
3. Organic synthesis intermediates, such as anisole, benzene dimethyl ether, alkyl aromatic amine, symmetric diaminocarbazide, methyl carbazate, etc.
